
Empty Bowl is a community project to fight hunger. This project originated from a group of high school students looking for a unique way to suppor their local food pantry.
The idea is simple. Community members paint bowls, which are then displayed at St. Joseph’s annual Empty Bowl Event.

St. Michael’s School Gymnasium
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
A minimum donation of $15 is requested. Guests will enjoy a simple meal of soup and bread and will be able to keep the hand painted bowl as a reminder of all the empty bowls in our community.
There will be over 1,000 bowls on display, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and homemade desserts.
