Veterans Bike

Had a great time being photographed on the Veterans Memorial motorcycle this week.  Even the weather cooperated.  And, yes, I am a veteran.  I may not have been a particularly good soldier, but I am a veteran.

How many people does it take to shoot a picture of a television anchor boy in biker drag?  I think I counted six.  Rock Tweten and five others.

We did it to draw attention to the annual Red River Valley Motorcyclists Motorcycle Show at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks April 16 & 17.  The club is dedicating the show to veterans this year.

It will run from 9 am until 7 pm on Saturday, April 16, and from 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday, April 17 at the Al.

Peat Moss performs from 2 to 4 each day.  There will be an awesome color guard presentation on Saturday at 4 followed by a live auction.  You should go.

So Terry, did you get the bug to get your own bike? Or a tattoo? Maybe a pony tail to go with it? I think it’s a good look for you.
