   Dr. Stork,
   I am in desperate need to speak to a knowledgable physician concerning my sons psychiatric issues. I live in Owensboro, Ky and there aren’t any pediatric psychiatrist here that have helped my poor little boy. They just want to give him meds, meds, and more meds, without a definite diagnosis.
   My coworkers suggested I try to contact you. If you can’t help, could you please direct me to someone who can??

   Dear Dr Travis, I am a frequent fan of your show. I am in dear need of your help and advise concerning an embrassing bad breath that I think comes from my stomach. I feel so embrassed when people show signs of discomfort when I am talking to them, even when I close my mouth the bad breath also can be felt through my breath from my nose. I was advised by a doctor to take flagil tablets but all to no avail.     I need a new physician for complicated health problems. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of different doctors wanting to assess me, claim me as disabled for one reason or another, and as someone with a lot of education, I think it is time to approach a doctor with some notoriety – and possibly more respected than the average- for a referral to someone specific in the St Augustine/Daytona Beach FL area. I’m having a lot of problems with people…it’s complicated. I’m being attacked in my sleep on a daily basis, my parents say I’m “doing it to myself”(?); been imprisoned although innocent 3X, been in hospital 5x for supposed psychiatric illness then diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I refuse to take medicine, because of the side effects and because I am Catholic. I have very pushy aging Catholic parents who want me on medication; they are looking for some reason to justify their lifelong negligence of their daughter, and as I’m not a drug addict, alcoholic or a prostitute, mentally ill becomes the easiest answer, rather than accept the truth: their negligence was unjustified. Although I do understand where they’re coming from, the late-life involvement in my affairs has demolished my life and I have to start somewhere in the rebuild process. I’m 38, have a complete colectomy and functioning ileostomy. I had 2 children vaginally, and some l.ovary cystic activity, periods long and heavy until a hospital stay in 08 in Mississippi. Dr Montgomery and his medication have mucked everything up…he should be sued or shot. I have a history of seizures associated with medications. I had a portal vein thrombosis in 1998, but grew a shunt vein from my spleen to my l.kidney and survived. I eat fairly well, but have 30 lbs. I could stand to lose, although I work out REGULARLY. I’m a light smoker, for 3 yrs – 2-7 cigs./day, and in the past I used marijuana regularly for 2.5 yrs in an interest in the effects it would have on my bowel illness. Nicotine, for the same reason. It is my decision that I can acheive similar benefits from coffee and regular exercise, and although marijuana does help regulate everything and cuts down the laundry(!), I think the long-term effects will be more problematic than the the benefits are are in the short term. I need help immediately, as I said I’m having a lot of problems with people in this area, and really need a change of scene, quick time, if you hear me. I just returned to the U.S. after 38 years in Canada that have been extremely difficult, and after an attack in Canada, my right kidney has now been noted as (fcuked). This part is gonna sound really crazy, but I’m fairly certain the papers from the “Davinci Code”by D. Brown, are in my abdomen. Kind of freaking out, and do not want to return to Dr. Zane Cohen @Mt. Sinai, Toronto, On, Canada. I’m hoping red hair and freckles mean y’are of Irish decent also. please write:E. Dolighan/87 Washington St. #9/St Augustine, Fl 32084. When I first left Canada, I did so suddenly and was granted respite from attacks for some time, but it’s back on for reasons I can’t establish. I am on the brink of establishing some businesses you might be interested in…I always come down with something major right before I’m gonna do something major….you know:haters, the things collective jealousy can destroy. I’m just tired of all the crap; do you have a way out for me?
