Couldn’t have enjoyed Grand Marshalling today’s St. Patrick’s parade in Grand Forks more if I tried. We started at Widman’s Candy, where George continues to celebrate his 90th birthday, and ended at Kelly’s bar. How appropriate. During the parade, Pat McClean’s (approximately) twelve inch, green bow tie caught my eye. I suspect he really is Irish. Big Dog Pat Mars and his better half had their big dogz out for the parade. I enjoyed seeing them. (The Mars, too.)
The Masons hosted the parade once again this year and once again had a great turn-out of parade watchers and participants. Thanks, Bill Steckler, for the invitation.
