Boyd Christenson
1937 – 2009
It’s been terribly sad today to learn of the death of Boyd. I’ll always remember what a great performer he was. What a great story teller he was. What a great speaker he was. What a funny man he was. And for all his talent, how grounded and down-to-earth he was.
I’ll never forget him.

That face says a lot…
One of the great guys in broadcasting, for certain.
He’s been missed, and will continue to be missed.
Loved the guy. He was the father of my friend, Laura, which is how I came to know him personally. I’ll be singing at his funeral, happy to be part of the sendoff of an amazing person.
