Symphony Season

I’m particularly interested in the upcoming Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra season to be announced soon.  Maybe because I’m in it–sort of.

One of the symphony’s events this season will be a Holiday Pops Concert on Saturday, November 21, in the main arena of the Alerus Center.  It will be the orchestra’s first pops concert in a long time.  Job Christenson will sing with the orchestra, the symphony will do selections from the Nutcracker (among others), a 250-voice mass choir will perform and there will be a sing-along at the end to usher in the holiday season.

I’ll be doing my song and dance.  Actually, I’ve been asked to emcee.

Tickets will be priced moderately.  That way the whole family can attend.

I’m looking forward to it.  I hope you will, too.

Will the moderately-priced tickets cover the Alerus Center’s expenses?

tb… Yes, ticket prices and generous corporate sponsorship provided by Alerus Financial.
