Tower Trouble

Bad news for my favorite building in the world–the Capitol Records tower in Hollywood. According to the Los Angeles Times, developers are planning to build a 16-story condo complex and a 242-car underground parking garage that would end up being just feet away from the tower. At risk are Captiol’s unique, underground echo chambers.  There’s an appeal in the works.  Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee and Nat King Cole must be turning in their graves.
