Ruth Meiers

Had a lot of fun talking with the Vocational Awareness Group at the Ruth Meiers Adolescent Center in Grand Forks last night. They were even good enough to watch News @5 yesterday afternoon in preparation.

A few of their questions and my answers:

Q: Do you ever get scared (on television)?
A: Yes.

Q: How much money can I expect to make as a part-timer on a television studio crew?
A: How does minimum wage sound to you?

Q: Have you ever met Ryan Seacrest?
A: No, but I know Jordan Sparks’ grandmother.
