Celebrity Meltdown 2006

Time once again, boys and girls, for our annual Celebrity Meltdown of the year.  Our choice for the most bizarre behavior by a celebrity in the year coming to end.  Behavior bad enough to join the ranks of celebrities like Diana Ross, Marv Albert and Hugh Grant from years past.

Will it be Michael Richards recent racial tirade at the Laugh Factory?

Or Mel "I own Malibu" Gibson’s drunken driving arrest and racial tirad?  (Tirads have been particularly popular this year.)

My personal long-shot favorite is Keith Richards falling out of a palm tree in Fiji.  Who doesn’t love Keith Richards?

Perhaps one of Lindsay Lohan’s car crashes.  I lost count after three or four this year.

We encourage you to vote early and often for your favorite with your comments below.  The Celebrity Meltdown of 2006 can be seen on the Dullum File on television in a couple of weeks.

I have to go with Mel on this one – he’ll never live it down and it doesn’t seem like a lot of people bought his apology.

  2. Charlie says:

Hmm…Britney Spears’ latest photo op? Or how about Danny Devito’s appearance on The View?

  3. GD says:

The others are more obvious but Keith Richards falling our of a palm tree! Hard to beat! Would have like to have been a mouse in the corner when that happened!

  4. ksdndmom says:

I’m sorry I missed Danny DeVito! I’m going for Mel. He’s the original racial slur tantrum poster child for ’06.
