Marcoux Corner Live!

They are the only acappella group named after a defunct Minnesota bar–Marcoux Corner.  They have cleverly named their new live album "Marcoux Corner Live!"

They’ve been together and touring the country for years.  Just when you think Marcoux Corner can’t get any better or any tighter–they get better and tighter.

Their CD set list includes "Ob, La, Di," "Dolphin Boy," "One Fine Day," "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" and "Moondance."

If you’ve heard them, you know how good they are.  If you haven’t seen them in concert, you may not realize how charming and funny they are on stage.  The new CD demonstrates a little of their showmanship.

a comment about marcoux corner. a defunct bar? having finished the course of life or existence or see dead. the bar was a great place we often stopped on the way to sunday night dance. i don’t think defunct is the right word. it stood for some time until it was burned down. check out craigslist.com for more info on marcoux corner. greenglass4.

a fun fact about them: they were actually named after the bar- 2 of the members grew up nearby it and one day decided to name the band after the bar.
